MILLENNIUM LASERS - galvo scanners in harmony with CO2 laser technology


Our VULCAN range of digitally controlled galvo-scanner marking systems with embedded CO2 lasers offer a cost-effective solution for the majority of CO2 laser marking applications. With a ML-series CO2 laser tube at the heart of the system as standard, powers can be between 20-70W and marking field typically 50-180mm. The flat-field lens system ensures consistency of laser mark over this area for marking alpha-numerics, barcodes or graphics. We also offer a RF laser option to meet the requirements of more exacting applications as well as a marking-on-the-fly option.


In addition to the standard entry level VULCAN marker, we offer CO2 digital galvo markers with scan fields from 200mm to 600mm and laser powers from 100-1000W which utilise 3D active drive to maintain a high consistency of laser marking over a wide area field, not feasible with our entry-level systems.


Our markers come with a basic 12-month warranty on the scanner and 18-months on the laser tube, so you are safe in the knowledge that a VULCAN marker is there for you when you need it most.


For marking wood, plastics, leather, stone, slate, tile, painted products, glass, anodising.......... and removal of stains, contamination and debris.
